The crimp presses<br \/>\nare not only available with a standard foot pedal, but also with a twohanded<br \/>\nactivation or start sensor.<\/p>\n<p>These crimping presses are outstanding in terms of short cycle<br \/>\ntimes, short changeover and setup times. The \u201cpatent pending\u201d<br \/>\ndrive system ensures the short cycle time with a long crimping time.<br \/>\nMost of the presses crimp only for 40 ms. (time that the press is in<br \/>\nLDP). The Exmore Press crimps 200 ms, which is 5x longer, and the<br \/>\nspringback effect of e.g. steel contacts is massively reduced. Even with<br \/>\nthe crimping of smaller terminals the press will give longer lasting<br \/>\nadvantages.<\/p>\n<p>Our drive system ensures stable CPK values and a low-noise<br \/>\noperation.
