VP 2000 inline
\nThe innovative inline soldering system for large series usersis
\nbased on the highly successful oxygen-free process
\nused in all ASSCON soldering systems, in which oxygen
\nis excluded from the pre-heating and soldering process.
\nComponents are produced in the highest standard of quality.
\nProduction is also supported by dynamic profiling \u2013 a
\nprocess for automatically controlling the optimum soldering
\nprofile in series production.
\nThe system is designed for bare-board product processing
\non large series production lines. Electrically width-adjusted
\nconveying systems and center support permit fast straightforward
\nadjustment for flexible production. The system is
\nmodularly designed, and consists of loading station, soldering
\nand cooling zones.<\/p>\n
Optimum temperature control
\nThe use of liquid or vapor for as a mean of energy transmission
\nis far more effective than convection. The vapor
\ncondenses on the solder product, the condensate encapsulates
\nit completely, and thus transmits the energy. The
\nentire pre-heating and soldering process takes place in an
\noxygen-free environment. Product overheating, component
\ndamage or PCB delamination cannot occur. An optimum
\ntemperature is automatically guaranteed at all positions on
\nthe product thanks to infinite sensor-based temperature
\ngradient controlling. <\/p>\n
